These Terms of Service govern your use of Lumivex VPN. You should have an opportunity to read them before using the service. Use constitutes acceptance; if the terms are unacceptable to you, please do not proceed.
Starting and stopping a connection
The Android connection feature uses VpnService and requires the system VPN authorization. You decide whether to grant it and activate the connection. Disconnecting or withdrawing authorization is available through Android settings.
Rules for using the service
Your activities must comply with applicable law and respect the rights of others. Fraud, harassment, malware distribution, unauthorized access and interference with networks are prohibited. Routing traffic through Lumivex VPN does not excuse unlawful or abusive conduct.
What service availability means
Network conditions, maintenance and changes to the service can affect connection availability and performance. Uninterrupted operation is not promised, nor is access to particular websites or content. Consider these limits when relying on a connection.
Responding to problems
Material violations, misuse, security issues or legal requirements may lead to restrictions on access. Measures should be proportionate and reasonably related to the issue. Where lawful and practical, you will receive notice and an opportunity to address the problem.
Privacy and legal protections
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential losses is limited. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections or remedies, or excludes responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Revisions and enquiries
Updated terms will be posted on this page, with appropriate notice of material changes and consent where legally required. Questions about these terms or the service can be directed to the developer contact details in Lumivex VPN's app store listing.
